Your Role:

As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play a crucial role in the efficient functioning of our warehouse. Here's what you'll be doing:

• Receiving incoming shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and storage in the correct location.

• Inspecting incoming goods to guarantee they meet our high standards.

• Picking and packing goods according to orders, contributing to seamless order fulfilment.

• Communicating and collaborating with other team members to ensure a cohesive workflow.

• Operating warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, maintaining a clean and secure working environment.

• Observing all Health & Safety requirements, contributing to a safe workplace for all.

Experience and Skills:

To thrive in this role, you'll bring:

• Previous warehouse experience, including manual handling and working at height. (please note, we will consider candidates with no prior experience with pay reflecting this) 

• Computer proficiency for accurate record-keeping.

• A can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for the team.

• Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

• The drive to work hard and excel in all tasks.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

• Effective problem-solving skills to overcome challenges.

The Package:

• Annual salary of up to £25,500 (depending on experience).

• Occasional overtime available at 1.5x rate.

• 20 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays, with an additional day added per year employed.
