Keeping up with advances in technology is a constant challenge facing lighting designers today. In light of this, LEDFlex is on the horizon with yet another interactive and experiential extravaganza, exclusively for the crème de la crème of the lighting industry.

To be held on top of The Gherkin this summer, one of London’s most iconic skyscrapers, LEDFlex will be unveiling tech-savvy alternatives to lighting mock ups, a typical procedure in lighting design which enables designers to visualise the effect of the luminaire upon installation in a full-scale evaluation. While these mock-ups are effective and assuring, they are heavy on the pockets and tend to lengthen the design process.

To counter these limitations, LEDFlex will be demonstrating their latest, state-of-the-art virtual reality solutions at the event. With these solutions designers will be able to construct virtual mock-ups of their project and integrate their specified luminaries to it. What makes it more stimulating is the hands-on live control that designers will have over their desired outcome.
